For the last 10 years, I have been involved in researching the impact of meditation on health and well-being. This infographic summarized some of the key findings about the benefits of meditation.

Great article!  Who knew meditation had so many evidence based benefits, and it’s current research from Stanford. There is no reason not to take 10 minutes of every day to do some type of meditation.  I have to admit that I am one to make excuses why I can’t make time to stop and meditate, but this inspires me to make a different choice, and create the space in a busy life to do it every day.  So many of us are dashing off from work to school, taking kids to soccer, volleyball, then taking care of dinner, chores, etc… we put ourselves at the bottom of the list.   Well, ere are so many reasons that benefit not only you but your entire family ~ take 10 minutes to meditate… You DESERVE it, you will se the difference!
